Skolarli for IT Services

Train your consultants on your client's playbooks — not on ChatGPT.

For IT services firms running SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP and adjacent practices: an LMS that grounds AI coaching in your project IP, certifies consultants internally before they hit billable, and ramps cohorts on specific client engagements — without consultant data ever leaving your tenant.

01 · AI on your IP

An AI coach that knows your client's playbooks — and never leaks them.

SkoAI Coach answers consultant questions using your project documentation, your client's configurations, your internal SOPs. All processing happens in your AWS Mumbai tenant. No customer data leaves the boundary, no model training on your IP, no consumer LLM round-trips.

The wedge against ChatGPT for this use case isn't subtle — consumer LLMs are excellent for general knowledge and unsuitable for client-confidential implementation knowledge. Your sophisticated clients know it. This is the gap we're built for.

  • Tenant-isolated AI processing. Your client docs never touch consumer LLM APIs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google models are never called from your tenant.
  • Citations from your docs. Every answer points to the actual source document section — not a generic help-center URL.
  • Audit trail by default. Every query, response, and source document logged for SOC 2 review and client audits.
  • AWS Mumbai residency. Hosted in ap-south-1 — data residency for Indian and APAC clients handled natively.

02 · Internal certifications

AI-proctored certifications — before consultants hit billable.

Vendor certifications (SAP, Salesforce, AWS) are general. Your consultants need project-specific competence on a particular client's configuration, integration map, and conventions. Skolarli combines SkoAI Proctor and Skolarli Certify to deliver internal certifications that gate billable status.

The retention angle is real — internal certifications are a documented growth signal employees can show externally. Counterintuitively, this helps retention because career growth becomes visible and credentialed.

  • Face + voice biometric proctoring. SkoAI Proctor runs continuous identity verification during assessments — from any location with a webcam.
  • Verifiable client-shareable credentials. Skolarli Certify issues credentials with public verification URLs your clients can confirm independently.
  • Tiered certification tracks. Foundational → intermediate → advanced → project-specific. Each tier gates the next, mapped to billable readiness.
  • Configurable retake protocols. Pass/fail logic with custom retake limits per certification — matched to your delivery org's standards.

03 · Project-wise onboarding

A separate ramp-up program for each client engagement.

Generic Salesforce training isn't enough — consultants need training on this specific client's Salesforce config. Skolarli runs cohort-based onboarding programs scoped per engagement, with content drawn from that project's documentation and AI Coach grounded in those docs.

The compounding effect is the real value — project knowledge becomes a durable asset that survives consultant rotation. The 11th consultant ramps faster than the 3rd because the knowledge base has matured.

  • Project-specific cohort spaces. One training space per client engagement — with that engagement's docs, configs, and runbooks loaded.
  • Milestone-based progression. Day 1 system access → Week 1 environment walkthrough → Week 2 first guided ticket → Month 1 billable readiness review.
  • SkoAI Coach scoped per project. Consultants ask questions and get answers from that project's documentation — not generic platform help.
  • Knowledge persists across rotation. Senior consultants leave the project; their domain context stays as a durable asset for the next cohort.

FAQ.

Where exactly does our client data live? We have data residency requirements.
All Skolarli infrastructure runs in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Customer data — documents you upload, AI Coach queries, assessment recordings — is processed and stored in your tenant within that region. Data does not leave the AWS Mumbai boundary. We don't make consumer LLM API calls (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) from your tenant for AI Coach functionality. For European or US clients with stricter regional residency, talk to us during pilot scoping.
How does Skolarli compare to Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or our in-house LMS?
We're not competing on enterprise LMS feature breadth — Cornerstone has more features, more integrations, more years in market. We're competing on three specific things relevant to IT services: AI Coach grounded in your project IP without consumer LLM round-trips, AI-proctored internal certifications, and project-wise onboarding scoped to specific client engagements. If your existing LMS handles general training well and you specifically need these capabilities, Skolarli runs alongside it. If you're starting fresh, Skolarli takes the whole training stack.
Can we white-label Skolarli per client engagement?
Yes. Each project space in Skolarli can have its own branding (logo, color scheme), and optionally its own subdomain. Useful when client engagements expect a branded training environment, or when delivery teams want consultants to feel anchored to a specific project context. Branding is configured per project, managed centrally by you.
Pricing — we have 200 consultants, what does this cost?
For IT services pilots, pricing is engagement-scoped rather than seat-list-priced. The standard Skolarli pricing page covers our LXP and Kreator products at standard volumes. For 100–500 consultant pilots with custom integrations, we quote per engagement based on scope, integration complexity, and consultant volume. Faster path: book a pilot conversation, walk us through the engagement, and we'll come back with a numbered proposal in 48 hours.
You said "early in the IT services market" — should we be the first?
Direct answer: yes, if you're the kind of org that gets excited about that, and no, if you need a vendor with 50 enterprise IT services logos already on the wall. We're explicit about being early because that affects the kind of partnership you'll get. Pilots with us are real partnerships — we work the integrations your stack needs, we iterate on the platform based on what your delivery team requires, and we're motivated to make pilot customers genuinely successful. If that fit profile doesn't work for your org, that's honest signal — we'd rather know early.
