Current open positions:

  • * 3 to 4 years of professional full-time experience building and maintaining complex software.
  • * Strong algorithmic, data structures, computer security skills.
  • * Strong Database skills.
  • * Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent).
  • * Minimum product development experience of 4+ years in web startups.
  • * Experience on Azure eco-system

Front end engineer who will work on creating elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
The ideal candidate has :

  • * 4+ years hands-on experience in UI development. Expert in JavaScript frameworks, HTML and CSS.
  • * Expertise in graphic toolkits to build simple UI for Complex business use case.
  • * Must be someone who walks in the shoes of the product user
  • * Must be aware of performance oriented UI design
  • * Understanding of all aspects of software development lifecycle – right from requirement gathering to day0/day1/day2 support.
  • * Someone who closely focuses on quality and test driven development.
  • * Ability to quickly learn new skills/frameworks as per requirement.
  • * A team player with excellent communication skills.

As a Devops/ SRE engineer the candidate will be responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of our CI/CD systems. You will also work with the product teams in ensuring that serviceability and maintainability are built into the design of our products.
The ideal candidate has :

  • * 5+ years experience in a DevOps or similar role.
  • * Good understanding and coding skills in any of the general purpose languages such as Java, C, C++, Python etc..
  • * Excellent understanding of DevOps concepts and emerging SRE practices in the industry.
  • * Good knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Puppet, Chef, Ansible etc..
  • * Ability to design and implement high quality, scalable CI/CD solutions for AWS.
  • * Onboarding applications to AWS experience will be a major plus.

Someone who loves to network and build a strong eco-system of partnerships. Must be able to maintain, nurture the partner eco-system. Must also be able to drive organization revenue targets via partner eco-systems
The ideal candidate has :

  • * At least 4-6 years of experience in business development or strategic partnership or business strategy role(s).
  • * Experience in an EduTech startup will be a definite plus.
  • * Is results-driven with an instinct to measure ROI at every stage and make informed decisions backed by quantitative data.
  • * A strong background in consulting sales and capable of nurturing high-level relationships.
  • * Is driven by Goals and numbers.
  • * Must have demostratable performance to back the profile.

Someone who is very good at sales and has had a good track record. Must be a go-getter and should be able to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate has:

  • * Managed client discovery and first connection establishment, leading up to sales.
  • * Ability to Qualify the leads and schedule preliminary calls to find the fitment.
  • * comfort in demonstrating the product.
  • * Ability to act as an account manager for the clients on-boarded.
  • * Demonstrated constant performance in meeting and exceeding targets set for the teams and for self.
